First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether stem cells taken from body fat and placed directly into the brain during surgery can help treat glioblastoma that has come back. About 20 adults with recurrent glioblastoma or a related brain cancer will receive the stem cells. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also seeing if the treatment slows tumor growth.
