Summary

This study tests whether special stem cells or their tiny particles (exosomes) can help people with Parkinsonism. Researchers will give these treatments to 120 adults aged 40-80 and measure changes in movement and non-movement symptoms. The goal is to see if these therapies are safe and can improve daily life.
