Summary

This study tests whether stem cells from umbilical cords can safely help women with premature ovarian insufficiency (early menopause). Twelve participants receive stem cell infusions, and doctors monitor menstrual cycles, hormone levels, and follicle growth. The goal is to see if stem cells can restart ovarian function better than standard hormone therapy.
