Summary
This study tests whether a patient's own stem cells can safely slow or improve symptoms of Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and progressive brain disorder. Fifty adults aged 35–65 will receive either the stem cell treatment or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the therapy helps with movement, daily function, and quality of life.
