Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords are safe for people with advanced liver scarring (cirrhosis) caused by hepatitis B. About 20 adults aged 18-60 with moderate to severe liver disease will receive the stem cell treatment. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the treatment improves liver function scores.
