Summary
This is a very early-stage study to check if a new stem cell therapy is safe for older adults with mild to moderate frailty. About 12 participants will receive either the stem cell infusion or a placebo, and researchers will closely monitor them for side effects. The main goal is to find a safe dose and gather safety information, not to provide direct treatment benefit at this stage.
