First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether injecting a man's own bone marrow stem cells into the penis could improve erectile dysfunction after prostate removal for cancer. 54 men who had surgery at least a year earlier and had low PSA levels took part. The treatment aims to help regain sexual function, but ongoing management may still be needed.
