Summary
This study is testing if a single injection of stem cells or their byproducts (called exosomes) into the penis can help restore erectile function in men with diabetes. It's for men aged 25-75 whose ED hasn't improved with standard pills. Researchers will compare the injections to a placebo to see if they are safe and can improve erections and blood flow over a year.
