Summary
This study tests if a single injection of stem cells from umbilical cord tissue can improve kidney function in people with moderate to severe chronic kidney disease (stage 3 or 4). The trial will include 32 adults with diabetic or hypertensive kidney damage. Researchers will measure changes in kidney function and safety over 12 months.
