New stem cell shot aims to ease arthritic knees
NCT ID NCT07337863
Summary
This study is testing if an injection made from substances released by umbilical cord stem cells works better than a standard hyaluronate injection for knee osteoarthritis. About 50 adults with moderate knee arthritis will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two injections. The main goal is to see which treatment better reduces knee pain and improves function over time.
