First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study compares an experimental treatment made from umbilical cord stem cells (called secretome) to a standard knee injection for people with moderate knee osteoarthritis. About 50 adults aged 40 to 70 with painful, stiff knees will receive either the secretome or a common lubricant injection. The goal is to see if the secretome better reduces pain and improves knee function.
