Can berry extracts boost your stem cells? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07341178
Summary
This study aims to see if certain plant-based supplements can temporarily increase the number of stem cells circulating in the blood of healthy adults. Researchers will compare three different supplement blends to a placebo (inactive substance) by taking multiple blood samples from 48 participants. The goal is to understand if these natural ingredients can influence the body's stem cell activity, which is part of basic immune function.
