Do your cholesterol pills mess with your sugar?
NCT ID NCT07378293
Summary
This study wants to see if taking common cholesterol-lowering drugs (statins) for just two days changes blood sugar levels in healthy people. Researchers will give 100 volunteers different types and doses of statins and measure their blood sugar, insulin, and related markers. The goal is to gather early information on whether these medicines might affect diabetes risk.
