Summary
This study is creating a new way to measure balance in healthy older adults aged 60 to 85. Participants must be able to walk without help and have no recent falls. They will do simple balance tests, like standing on one leg, during two sessions a week apart. The goal is to provide a reliable tool to help prevent falls and support healthy aging.
