First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a special activity-based therapy program (STAT) helps people with severe burns recover better than standard therapy after skin graft surgery. About 166 adults aged 18 to 65 with burns covering at least 15% of their body will take part at seven burn centers. The goal is to improve walking ability, arm and hand function, and overall quality of life.
