New dialysis graft aims to reduce clots and infections

Summary

This study tests a new device called STARgraft-3, a special tube used to connect an artery to a vein for hemodialysis in people with end-stage kidney disease. The goal is to see if it works better than standard grafts at preventing blockages and infections. About 15 adults who need dialysis will be followed for up to one year.
