Summary

This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called universal STAR-T cells in people with autoimmune diseases that cause dangerously low platelet counts. About 6 adults aged 18-65 will receive a single infusion of these engineered cells to see if they are safe and can help control the disease. The goal is to find the right dose and check for side effects, not to cure the condition.
