This study tests whether the drug Stapokibart (CM310) can reduce nasal symptoms in adults with Non-Allergic Rhinitis with Eosinophilia Syndrome (NARES), a chronic condition causing congestion and runny nose not due to allergies. About 90 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo injection every two weeks for 12 weeks, then be monitored for 8 more weeks. The main goal is to see if symptoms improve and to check for any side effects.
