Summary

This study tests a workplace wellness program called Stand & Move at Work to help employees sit less during the workday. About 4,800 adults with desk jobs will use sit-stand workstations and activity monitors. The goal is to see if the program reduces sitting time and improves health, and how well it can be put into practice.
