Shaky weights vs. solid ground: which builds better health?
NCT ID NCT07349342
Summary
This study aims to understand how two different types of weight training affect young, healthy men. Researchers will compare 10 weeks of stable training (like using standard machines) to unstable training (like using wobble boards or unstable surfaces) and a no-exercise group. They will measure changes in fitness, blood cholesterol, and markers of kidney function to see which method might be more beneficial.
