Summary
This study tested a digital health platform called STABL that uses computer vision to guide knee rehabilitation at home after meniscectomy or synovectomy. 60 adults aged 18-65 who had knee surgery were randomly assigned to use STABL or attend in-person physical therapy. The goal was to see if the virtual program could match or improve recovery in pain, knee function, and range of motion.
