Herbal oil tested to speed healing after cosmetic nose surgery

NCT ID NCT07448051

Summary

This study is testing whether applying St. John's Wort oil can reduce common bruising and swelling around the eyes after nose surgery (rhinoplasty). Researchers will compare 110 patients who receive the oil alongside standard care to those who receive standard care alone. They will measure swelling and bruising for one week after surgery to see if the herbal oil helps.
