Summary

This study tests a new medicine called SRSD216, given as a shot under the skin, for people with high levels of lipoprotein(a) — a genetic risk factor for heart disease. The trial has two parts and will enroll 84 adults to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Participants must not have bleeding disorders and cannot donate sperm or eggs during the study.
