New drug trial targets 'Suicide Disease' pain
NCT ID NCT06571448
Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called SR750 can safely reduce the intense, stabbing facial pain caused by trigeminal neuralgia. About 138 participants will take either SR750 or a placebo (inactive pill) for 6 weeks and track their daily pain in a diary. The main goal is to see if SR750 lowers pain scores more than the placebo.
