Can a tape measure replace a joint angle tool for wall squats?
NCT ID NCT07297485
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a simple calculation based on leg bone length can accurately set the correct wall squat height, instead of using a special angle-measuring tool called a goniometer. 21 healthy adults took part. The goal was to see if the easier method gives the same knee angle results, which could make future blood pressure research more comfortable and practical.
