Summary

This study tested whether sprinting while pulling a light sled (20% of body weight) improves running speed and jumping ability more than regular sprinting in young male footballers aged 13-17. Forty-four players did either resisted or non-resisted sprints twice a week for six weeks. The goal was to see which training method better enhances sprint power and jump height.
