Summary

This study tests a new digital system that uses wearable sensors and AI to guide knee rehabilitation at home. It includes 160 adults aged 18-50 with ACL tears or patellar knee pain. The goal is to see if this smart system improves knee function and reduces pain better than traditional off-site rehab over six months.
