Summary
This study tested a device called Ceragem Master V6 that gently stretches the spine (traction) in 60 adults with disc herniation or spinal stenosis. The goal was to see if it works as well as standard physical therapy for reducing pain and improving spine structure. Results were measured using X-rays and pain questionnaires right after treatment.
