Summary

This study tested a device called Ceragem Master V6 that gently stretches the spine in people with herniated discs or spinal stenosis. Sixty adults were randomly assigned to use the device or receive standard physical therapy. The main goal was to see if the device could improve spine spacing on X-rays and reduce leg pain. Results may help offer a new option for managing back and leg pain without surgery.
