New study tests less invasive back surgery

Summary
This study compares two different surgeries for a common back condition where a vertebra slips out of place. It will follow 100 patients to see which procedure provides better pain relief, improves function, and has fewer complications. Patients will be tracked for up to three years after their surgery.
