First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a single large dose of radiation is better than three smaller doses for treating cancer that has spread to the spine. About 80 adults with spine metastases will be randomly assigned to one of the two radiation schedules. The goal is to see which approach better controls the tumor, relieves pain, and improves quality of life.
