Back crack for neck pain? study tests quick fix
NCT ID NCT06926738
Summary
This study tested whether a specific type of upper back manipulation could provide immediate and short-term relief for chronic neck pain. It compared the real manipulation to a fake (sham) treatment in 42 adults aged 18-40 with long-term neck pain. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, neck movement, and muscle activity over two weeks to see if the treatment helped.
