Summary
This study aims to confirm the safety and performance of three specific spinal implant systems for people with degenerative back conditions. Researchers will follow 330 patients for two years after their implant surgery, tracking their pain levels, disability, and any complications. The goal is to see how well these implants help control back problems and improve patients' quality of life.
