New bone graft material tested for back surgery success

NCT ID NCT07059065

Summary

This study compares two bone graft materials used during spinal fusion surgery for degenerative spine disease. Researchers will track 316 patients for up to two years to see which material helps bones fuse together better and improves pain and function. The study aims to determine if the newer FIBERGRAFT material works as well as or better than the standard bone graft material.
