Summary
This study aims to find out which of two types of surgical screws works better for fixing spine fractures in people aged 60 and older. It will compare 'monoaxial' and 'polyaxial' screws used in a minimally invasive surgery that also involves injecting bone cement. The main goal is to see which screw type does a better job of correcting the spine's curvature and reducing pain six months after the operation.
