Special exercises help soccer players move better, study finds
NCT ID NCT07253415
Summary
This study tested whether adding specific exercises for the upper back (thoracic spine) to regular soccer training could improve spinal alignment and movement in professional players. Forty-two male soccer players were split into two groups: one did the extra exercises for six weeks, and the other did not. The results showed that the players who did the extra exercises had better spinal mobility and posture.
