Can a gentle stretch fix a Teen's curved spine?

NCT ID NCT07448688

Summary

This study aims to see if adding a gentle, non-invasive spinal stretching treatment (called lumbar traction) to a standard exercise program works better than exercises alone for teens with mild to moderate scoliosis. Researchers will recruit 40 adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis to measure changes in their spinal curve, posture, pain, and quality of life. The goal is to find better non-surgical options to manage the condition.
