New spinal technique may prevent dangerous blood pressure drops in C-Sections

Summary
This study tests whether a newer, step-by-step spinal injection method (sequential) causes fewer blood pressure drops than the standard single-shot method during planned C-sections. About 94 women having elective cesarean deliveries will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques. The goal is to find a safer way to give spinal anesthesia and reduce dizziness or other complications for the mother.
