Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive technique called transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (tSCS), combined with specific arm and hand exercises, can improve movement in the affected arm of children and young people (ages 12-21) with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. The treatment uses mild electrical pulses on the back while participants do simple tasks like grasping or stacking objects. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can make daily activities easier.
