NCT ID NCT07563426

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at whether spinal stabilization training (specific back and core exercises) can help women with painful periods (dysmenorrhea). Fifty women aged 18-30 with regular cycles and no childbirth history were split into two groups: one did the exercises, the other did not. Researchers measured pain, symptoms, and daily function before and after the program. The goal was to see if exercise could be a drug-free way to manage period pain.
