Summary
This study looked at how standing in different positions and using whole-body vibration changes the reflexes in the leg muscles of healthy adults. Fifteen volunteers stood on a vibrating platform while scientists measured their spinal cord responses. The goal was to understand how the body controls reflexes, not to treat any disease.
