Summary

This study compares two approaches for people with ongoing back pain after previous spine surgery. Researchers are testing whether gentle spinal cord stimulation works better than standard medications at reducing pain and improving daily life. The trial involves 114 participants who will try one treatment for six months, then can switch if needed.
