First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at two treatments for people with persistent back and leg pain after back surgery (called PSPS-T2). It compares a mild electrical stimulation of the spinal cord (subthreshold SCS) to the best usual medical care. The goal is to see which approach helps more people feel better overall after 6 months, including pain relief, mood, and daily function.
