Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive electrical stimulation applied to the neck and lower back can help people with incomplete spinal cord injury improve walking, bladder, bowel, and sexual function. The treatment is combined with step training on a treadmill. The goal is to see if this approach can reconnect the injured spinal cord and enhance recovery. The study enrolls 36 adults with incomplete spinal cord injury.
