Summary
This study tests two different medicines (dexmedetomidine and fentanyl) added to standard spinal anesthesia for lower leg surgeries. The goal is to see which one keeps the leg numb and still for longer during the operation. 40 adults aged 20-60 having elective leg surgery will take part.
