New anesthesia method may speed up C-Section recovery

Summary
This study tests a newer type of spinal anesthesia (thoracic segmental) against the standard method (lumbar) for women having a planned cesarean section. The goal is to see which approach leads to a better recovery after surgery. Fifty women aged 18-45 will take part, and their recovery will be measured using a questionnaire about how they feel.
