Summary

This study aims to improve spinal anesthesia for leg surgeries by comparing two different drugs added to the standard numbing medicine. Researchers want to see which combination provides longer-lasting numbness and more stable vital signs during the operation. The study will involve 40 adults undergoing planned lower limb orthopedic procedures.
