One dose fits all? research questions standard spinal anesthesia for C-Sections
NCT ID NCT07197398
Summary
This study looks back at past C-section surgeries to see if a mother's height, weight, or baby's size changes how well a standard, high dose of spinal anesthesia works. Researchers want to understand if the same dose is equally effective for all women, regardless of their body size. The goal is to gather knowledge that might help anesthesiologists tailor doses more precisely in the future for better comfort and safety.
