Summary

This study tested two different spinal anesthetics in 70 men having hernia surgery to see which one allowed them to urinate sooner after the operation. The goal was to find the best option for same-day discharge. Participants received either prilocaine with fentanyl or bupivacaine with fentanyl, and researchers measured how quickly they could go home.
