Summary
This study tested two different spinal numbing medicines (prilocaine vs. bupivacaine, both with fentanyl) in 70 men having hernia surgery. The goal was to see which one helps patients regain bladder control and walk sooner after surgery, allowing for a quicker discharge. The trial is complete and aimed at improving day-surgery recovery.
